Frequently asked questions
Which cloud providers are supported?
Cloudigo currently supports AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and Tencent Cloud. More providers are being added based on customer needs.
What format does the LLM API use?
It uses an OpenAI-compatible API format. Replace the base URL to get started without changing your existing OpenAI SDK integration.
How can I top up my account?
Bank transfers and USDT top-ups on TRC20 or ERC20 are supported. Crypto top-ups are credited after confirmation.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Registration includes free tokens, with no credit card required, so you can explore the platform before choosing a paid plan.
Can I use my existing cloud accounts?
Yes. Connect supported AWS or Alibaba Cloud accounts through the secure authorization flow. Cloudigo does not store your credentials.
How is my data protected?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Cloudigo states that it maintains SOC 2 compliance, runs regular security audits, and stores API keys in an isolated encrypted vault.
